This bond ensures a strong and durable attachment between the coating and the surface, guaranteeing sustained performance. Designed to be versatile, BDT-360 PLUS X is compatible with various materials, including polished metals, plastic, wood, glass, fabrics, fiberglass, and ceramics, irrespective of their porosity. Its convenient spray application allows for easy use, and it conveniently cures at room temperature. However, it is essential to note that the porosity of the substrate may slightly affect coverage rates and cure times.

BDT-506 is designed to remove oxidation from various surfaces without harsh abrasives effectively. This makes it a safer and more environmentally friendly option. Its formulation is gentle yet highly effective in restoring the brightness and luster of dulled and oxidized finishes. Furthermore, BDT-506 is approved for use in and around US waterways if used as directed. Its versatility allows for usage in direct sunlight as well. However, it is essential to note that while BDT-506 effectively removes dirt, build-up, and oxidation, it does not provide any topical protection to the surface.

BDT-520 Primer is a highly effective adhesion promoter and primer with exceptional performance. It excels in regular applications and thrives in high-temperature environments, making it an ideal choice for Thermal & Fire coatings. BDT-520 primer can be directly applied to substrate surfaces with concerns regarding proper adhesion due to potential contamination, such as silicones or hard anodizing processes. Additionally, BDT-520 primer can be used over any cured BDT coatings to achieve good intra-coat adhesion in cases where re-coating is necessary, such as repairing damage.

BDT-1181 PLUS is a cutting-edge antimicrobial coating solution that provides unparalleled protection for woven cloth, textiles, leather goods, and other fibrous surfaces. This unique formulation is engineered to significantly reduce microbial bioburden, preventing the colonization of harmful bacteria, mold, mildew, and fungus on the coating. By maintaining a molecular bond with the substrate, BDT-1181 PLUS ensures long-lasting protection for the coated surfaces. One of the key features of BDT-1181 PLUS is its ability to create a hydrophobic surface that enables fabrics and fibrous materials to repel water while maintaining breathability and flexibility. This innovative coating also lubricates fibers, reducing wear and tear during movement and prolonged use. The product’s clear color and slight mint scent make it unobtrusive and pleasant.

BDT-1500HT Nano-Ceramic Thermal Coating. This high-temperature thin film protective coating is designed to be versatile and suitable for various applications such as exhaust systems, manifolds, thermal shields, and electronic enclosures.
