BDT-42 PLUS offers a range of features and benefits. It contains antimicrobial properties built into the coating, providing a protective layer with mildew-resistant properties. The coating comprises a preservative to inhibit the growth of mildew on the surface of the paint film, extending its useful life by controlling deterioration. When cured, it forms a covalent bond to most substrate surfaces and is an inert material. BDT-42 PLUS works well on various surfaces, including metals, plastics, grab handles, bars, and doorknobs. It also has a “Wet-Grip” option, providing a slip-resistant grip in wet conditions. Additionally, it offers excellent resistance to UV and standard protocol cleaners. However, it is essential to note that this product does not protect against bacteria, viruses, germs, or other disease organisms.

What sets BDT-150 apart is its ability to penetrate the substructure deeply and form an intrinsic bond with the substrate material. Furthermore, BDT-150 offers a multitude of benefits. It significantly reduces problems caused by water absorption, including spalling, cracking, pitting, staining, and salt absorption, as well as the formation of mold and mildew. In addition, BDT-150 is non-leaching, inert, and benign once cured, making it an excellent choice for areas around docks, marinas, and piers.

BDT-360 PLUS X is a multi-purpose cleaning and protective solution that offers exceptional results on various surfaces. It effectively removes dirt and grime while providing long-lasting protection through a covalent bond with the substrate. This bond ensures a strong and durable attachment between the coating and the surface, guaranteeing sustained performance. Designed to be versatile, BDT-360 PLUS X is compatible with various materials, including polished metals, plastic, wood, glass, fabrics, fiberglass, and ceramics, irrespective of their porosity. Its convenient spray application allows for easy use, and it conveniently cures at room temperature. However, it is essential to note that the porosity of the substrate may slightly affect coverage rates and cure times.

BDT-506 is designed to remove oxidation from various surfaces without harsh abrasives effectively. This makes it a safer and more environmentally friendly option. Its formulation is gentle yet highly effective in restoring the brightness and luster of dulled and oxidized finishes. Furthermore, BDT-506 is approved for use in and around US waterways if used as directed. Its versatility allows for usage in direct sunlight as well. However, it is essential to note that while BDT-506 effectively removes dirt, build-up, and oxidation, it does not provide any topical protection to the surface.

BDT-520 Primer is a highly effective adhesion promoter and primer with exceptional performance. It excels in regular applications and thrives in high-temperature environments, making it an ideal choice for Thermal & Fire coatings. BDT-520 primer can be directly applied to substrate surfaces with concerns regarding proper adhesion due to potential contamination, such as silicones or hard anodizing processes. Additionally, BDT-520 primer can be used over any cured BDT coatings to achieve good intra-coat adhesion in cases where re-coating is necessary, such as repairing damage.

BDT-1128 PLUS is an advanced nano-ceramic clear anti-slip floor sealer, revolutionizing floor protection in the industry. BDT-1181 PLUS is a state-of-the-art antimicrobial coating that protects woven cloth, textiles, leather goods, and other fibrous surfaces. This specially formulated solution reduces microbial bioburden, preventing the growth of harmful bacteria, mold, mildew, and fungus on the coating. It forms a strong bond with the substrate, providing long-lasting protection. BDT-1181 PLUS also creates a hydrophobic surface, allowing fabrics to repel water while maintaining breathability and flexibility. Additionally, it lubricates fibers, reducing wear and tear during movement. The product is clear in color and has a pleasant mint scent.

BDT-1302 Plus Thermal-Dissipating Nano-Ceramic Clear Coating. This product is designed to protect the surfaces and components from overheating. In addition, it contains antimicrobial properties that lower the bioburden and continuously safeguard the coating against the colonization of bacteria, mold, mildew, and fungus. One of the key features of BDT-1302 Plus is its resistance to moisture damage, thanks to its highly hydrophobic surface. This helps maintain the reliability of components and prevents oxidation and moisture-related issues. The coating is electronically non-conductive, ensuring the electrical insulation of the treated surfaces.

BDT-1500HT Nano-Ceramic Thermal Coating. This high-temperature thin film protective coating is designed to be versatile and suitable for various applications such as exhaust systems, manifolds, thermal shields, and electronic enclosures. It can be used on ferrous and non-ferrous metal, composite, and plastic substrates. BDT-1500HT coating is specifically formulated to reduce thermal transfer and radiated temperatures. It is ideal for use when radiated heat needs to be greatly reduced, such as in environments with high temperatures reaching up to 1600°F inside, with a radiated temperature of only 186°F located just 1 inch away from the outer surface.

BDT-1602 is a Nano-Ceramic formulated dry film lubricant designed to reduce friction and heat build in engine components, thereby enhancing performance. This high-performance product can be applied to the inner surface of cylinder walls or sleeves, forming a covalent bond and filling in micro-pores and honing marks. The result is a reduction in frictional drag of the piston and rings, leading to increased usable horsepower at higher RPMs. BDT-1602 can also be used on main and cam bearings to increase bearing life and improve performance under demanding loads. On piston skirts and ring grooves, BDT-1602 minimizes sliding friction, prevents scuffing and surface wear, and prevents pistons from sticking in high heat or extreme use conditions. Moreover, coating the inside of piston bottoms with BDT-1602 aids in oil shedding, reducing weight and heat retention for optimized performance.

BDT-1780 Rust-Tight is an effective solution for converting rusted metal oxides into a hardened, rust-resistant material. Its proven track record speaks for itself, as it effectively stops the formation of rust and protects metal surfaces for extended periods. For a visually appealing finish that complements surrounding surfaces, we recommend applying BDT-7600 Color Coat or other industrial-grade coatings on top of BDT-1780 Rust-Tight. This combination not only enhances the aesthetic appeal but also provides an additional layer of protection, prolonging the lifespan of the metal.

BDT-1911 Ignis Shield is a thin, high-build, fire-resistant coating offering exceptional protection. It does not burn when in direct contact with flames, and it does not produce smoke or toxic fumes. This coating is highly adhesive to most common substrates, ensuring a solid bond. One of its significant advantages is its ability to reduce thermal pass-through, providing enhanced protection to the coated surface. You can apply Ignis Shield using trowels, texture spray gun systems, or similar tools. For difficult-to-bond substrates, we recommend using our BDT-520 adhesion primer.

BDT-2620 Mold, Tool & Press Sealer is a unique VOC-exempt product that offers exceptional benefits for sealing mold tool surfaces. With its ability to perform at high temperatures and its covalent bonding properties, BDT-2620 provides easy cleaning, reduced maintenance, and minimal downtime for your operations. What sets BDT-2620 apart is its capability to fill and seal pinholes and microcracks on mold tool faces, ensuring a smooth and prepared surface for the application of our BDT-2600 Release Coat Material.

BDT-6500 is a high-performance corrosion protection coating with exceptional durability and resistance to extreme corrosive and abrasive conditions. This epoxy resin polyamide coating is specially formulated to outlast conventional protective paint coatings, making it an ideal choice for preventing corrosion on various surfaces. Initially designed for steel surfaces, BDT-6500 has proven effective and cost-efficient in a wide range of applications for over 40 years. It exhibits remarkable resistance to chemicals, abrasion, and under creep, making it suitable for offshore platforms, subways, and other challenging environments. One of BDT-6500’s key advantages is its versatility. It can adhere to nearly any clean surface, including aluminum, wood, metals, concrete, plastic, brick, glass, and transits. Its exceptional flexibility ensures that it remains crack-resistant, even in scenarios where significant expansion and contraction of metal occurs, such as in hot steam pipes. Furthermore, BDT-6500 offers excellent outdoor durability and color stability, making it suitable for long-term use in various environmental conditions.

BDT-7600 2-K UV-resistant coating is specially formulated for exceptional durability and protection in industrial environments. It features a self-priming capability, reducing application time and labor. This makes it a preferred choice for various applications like marine, architectural, industrial, agricultural, and heavy service land-based vehicles or offshore structures and equipment. The BDT-7600 coating is available in various standard colors specified in our BDT-7600 color chart. We also offer custom color options to meet specific project requirements. For enhanced adhesive bonds on challenging substrate materials or silicone-contaminated surfaces, we recommend using the BDT-520 primer with the BDT-7600 coating.

Magnum XL is remarkable, as it adheres to almost all surfaces, such as metal, PVC, concrete, EPDM, wood, stucco, and sheetrock. Its remarkable flexibility ensures it maintains its integrity without cracking, while its long pot life makes it easy to use. This coating also protects against various elements, including heat, cold, mildew, alkali, UV, oils, and grease. However, it is important to note that Magnum XL is not recommended for application on surfaces such as Teflon, high-plasticized types of vinyl, polyethylene, and silicone rubber, although the use of our primer BDT-520 can make it possible to apply Magnum XL even on polyethylene and silicone surfaces. One of the standout features of Magnum XL is its ability to be applied even under salt water, thanks to its “wetter than water” properties. It can remain underwater permanently without harming the coating and has been thoroughly tested to withstand standing water. Furthermore, Magnum XL has obtained a Class A fire rating based on the ASTM E-84 fire test conducted by Factory Mutual Labs, providing peace of mind regarding fire protection.
