BDT-41 is a high-performance product that cures in ambient air and can be easily applied by wiping it on. It forms a covalent bond with the substrate and becomes a permanent part of the metallic structure. BDT-41 is highly durable and resistant to extreme temperatures, including direct flames. It also offers excellent corrosion resistance and hydrophobic properties, preventing carbon and powder fouling in bores and other components when applied. Moreover, BDT-41 is a super-slick dry film lubricating coating used with or without oils. When used in the bore, the heat and pressure generated during firing cause the Nano-Ceramics to sinter within the micro-pores of the barrel, greatly enhancing its hardness and improving corrosion and abrasion resistance. The super-slick surface also prevents the accumulation of carbon or jacketing fouling materials.
BDT-360 PLUS X is a multi-purpose cleaning and protective solution that offers exceptional results on various surfaces. It effectively removes dirt and grime while providing long-lasting protection through a covalent bond with the substrate. This bond ensures a strong and durable attachment between the coating and the surface, guaranteeing sustained performance. Designed to be versatile, BDT-360 PLUS X is compatible with various materials, including polished metals, plastic, wood, glass, fabrics, fiberglass, and ceramics, irrespective of their porosity. Its convenient spray application allows for easy use, and it conveniently cures at room temperature. However, it is essential to note that the porosity of the substrate may slightly affect coverage rates and cure times.
BDT-520 Primer is a highly effective adhesion promoter and primer with exceptional performance. It excels in regular applications and thrives in high-temperature environments, making it an ideal choice for Thermal & Fire coatings. BDT-520 primer can be directly applied to substrate surfaces with concerns regarding proper adhesion due to potential contamination, such as silicones or hard anodizing processes. Additionally, BDT-520 primer can be used over any cured BDT coatings to achieve good intra-coat adhesion in cases where re-coating is necessary, such as repairing damage.
BDT-1302 Plus Thermal-Dissipating Nano-Ceramic Clear Coating. This product is designed to protect the surfaces and components from overheating. In addition, it contains antimicrobial properties that lower the bioburden and continuously safeguard the coating against the colonization of bacteria, mold, mildew, and fungus. One of the key features of BDT-1302 Plus is its resistance to moisture damage, thanks to its highly hydrophobic surface. This helps maintain the reliability of components and prevents oxidation and moisture-related issues. The coating is electronically non-conductive, ensuring the electrical insulation of the treated surfaces.
BDT-1400 Series Nano-Ceramic Solid Tone Coating. This high-performance single-component coating is perfect for firearms, knife blades, and similar applications. BDT-1400 coatings are designed to create a covalent bond with the substrate, providing exceptional adhesion to surfaces. They are known for their extreme toughness, offering excellent resistance against corrosion, heat, and flames. In addition, these coatings exhibit outstanding UV resistance, as well as chemical and abrasion resistance. We offer the BDT-1400 coatings in a wide range of standard industry colors, allowing you to find the perfect match for your needs. We also provide the option for Wet-Grip coatings or fine/medium textures to enhance grip and safety in damp/wet or harsh conditions.
BDT-1602 is a Nano-Ceramic formulated dry film lubricant designed to reduce friction and heat build in engine components, thereby enhancing performance. This high-performance product can be applied to the inner surface of cylinder walls or sleeves, forming a covalent bond and filling in micro-pores and honing marks. The result is a reduction in frictional drag of the piston and rings, leading to increased usable horsepower at higher RPMs. BDT-1602 can also be used on main and cam bearings to increase bearing life and improve performance under demanding loads. On piston skirts and ring grooves, BDT-1602 minimizes sliding friction, prevents scuffing and surface wear, and prevents pistons from sticking in high heat or extreme use conditions. Moreover, coating the inside of piston bottoms with BDT-1602 aids in oil shedding, reducing weight and heat retention for optimized performance.
